Outlook Realty Advisors Inc. was established in 1999 to provide multi-disciplinary real estate advisory services to public, private and institutional clients. As problem solvers with the knowledge, experience, and ability to assemble relevant information, we advise clients on complex matters involving real property valuation, and appraisal. Commercial Property Appraisals
We understand the unique circumstances faced by individuals and organizations who require an independent opinion on the market value of property. Outlook provides credible, well researched reports meeting or exceeding stringent standards established by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (“AIC”) and adhering to the Canadian Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (“CUSPAP”). Our appraisers have errors and omissions professional liability coverage under the AICs Professional Liability Insurance Policy and are also licensed with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (“RECA”).
